About Us

Convenient Appliance Service is a major home appliance authorized service company. The company started in February 1990. Staring with just two technicians we have grown into a service company with 20 technicians and 3 locations. We have offices in Winston-Salem, Greensboro and Raleigh, North Carolina. Our mission is to provide quality service in the home at the customer convenience. We provide warranty service for most all manufactures as well as out of warranty. For the do it yourself repair, we offer a full line of parts that can be purchased at the sales counters or online.
